Great relaxing break in a very convenient location

The property was exactly like the photos in the ads and that is a great start. Convenient location, and staff were very friendly and obliging and maintained the property daily very well.

Not a matter of not liking but there needs to be a few things replacing, such as the kitchen sink and the bathroom vanity hand basin as the y were quite worn out.

The pool and the large space. The cleaning lady made everything perfect.

Bedroom children has seperate front door. Would be better to make it directly connected to master bedroom. Kitchen shows age but minor detail.

Relaxing, spacious villa in excellent location.

Spacious rooms and entertainment/pool area. Great swimming pool and outdoor landscaped areas. Excellent location in close proximity of great restaurants and walking distance to Sanur beach.

We have stayed at Emerald Villas on many occasions, it's our go-to place when we stay in Bali, Emerald Villas is centrally located to all shopping and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach front.

The property is a great location to access the beach or town. It is located on a quiet street away from the noise. The villa included a private entrance, amazing housekeeper, and wonderfully friendly staff.

The villa had an outside pool. The flooring around the pool can get very slippery so one much watch the children and advise to be careful.

What was the highlight of Bali Emerald Villas

Private and luxury villas in the heart of Sanur.

Amazing villa in the heart of Sanur. The photos don’t do it justice how nice it is. We rented a 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. The rooms are huge all with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms also had their own outdoor shower (very private). When you arrive there is security 24x7 and I was felling like maybe I had not booked a good place. But once you get to your villa it is amazing. Being a villa it is a different to a hotel so you can cook meals at home or go out for meals. It is a very short walk to the street where you have lots of selection for food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have filtered water available in the villa which is a nice touch. We loved our very short time there. The pool was great and had some pool toys to float around in. Highly recommend and would stay again.

A totally fulfilled wish list

On our arrival we were given a villa too far part of the rest of our family. This was quickly remedied the next day with great efficiency. The housekeeping and the cleanliness of the Villas was exemplary. The gardens were a delight. The pool was sparkling. The bathrooms sumptuous. I love the option of an outdoor shower. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. I was given a gentle chiding from our lovely housekeeper for doing my own laundry . She said this was her job and that I was on holiday.

Thank you. Had a wonderful relaxing stay in this beautiful villa.

Everything! This villa has just been renovated and is beautiful. Owners have thought of everything you could possible want to relax. The maid was very happy and did a excellent job everyday. Wish we stayed longer. Definitely going back.

Love it !!!

The house layout and the great aircon

Not the villas fault , but I exchanged money across the road and the stall man tried to short change me , after I had already counted it. So make sure you do it at legit place ( 300meters to the right, she had a shop and counter and asks to fill out a receipt ) of jade villas :)

Tariff advertised in Australian dollars but payment in idr and costing a deal more even though the exchange rate had improved from the time of initial booking.

Apart from the small negatives we had a excellent stay

Villa excellent apart from not enough outdoor seating/furniture for 3 people,Don"t know what clients would do if 6 was staying . Pool excellent A little more detail with villa cleanliness, Location excellent 1 Item per person for laundry is a little inadequate Should really have a TV in every room . 24 Hour Security excellent

Our stay was truly the best we have had in a long time, the Villa was really special.

The villa was clean, well presented and the gardens and pool where lovely. The housekeeping was awesome ad even did our wash for us. All in all a truly great place to stay.

The breakfast was continental but not very appealing with no cereal or fruit or yoghurt so really dry and only one butter, would not recommend. Dinner was ok but presentation not very appealing. However the staff where lovely and did their very best to please

Great staff but could have been better.

A great start with welcoming staff drinks and a fruit platter. Accomodation was super clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The receptionist deserves special mention for showing understanding and patience with an issue we had on departure.

Reason not rating higher was the inconvenience of having to access the only toilet available through the bedroom in the ensuite because the other rooms in the villa were locked. Given the amount paid for this luxury accomodation feel another toilet could have been made available.

WWe have stayed at Emerald villas 4 times excellent recommend it to friends . .

The villa & the house maid ( Puspa ) were excellent could not ask for more .

The fact that it was silent day & we did not arrive until 11pm so shops shut & we were misled about the restaurant expecting to be able to get a meal there on the Saturday . If it had not been for the taxi driver who insisted we stop at a shop (Balinese ) where we found nibbles & a doz eggs which we serviced on .

Loved our stay, would definitely come back

The villa was huge and each room had its own ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. Absolutely gorgeous, with maid included and free laundry service. Great location too

Private pool, large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, private maid doing cleaning and laundry

Not ideal for families with children as bedrooms are not connected directly. (You’ll have to go outside to go from one room to another. ) The kitchen is also outdoor, and quite many lizards are therefore to be found here. In general lizards (and even geckos) were fairly active and visible during our stay at Emeralds. (Not inside the bedrooms though)

Excellent we enjoyed every minute and we will definitely be back!

Spacious. Airy. Light. Big private pool. Friendly staff. Great bed and other furniture. Big shower and outdoor Balinese shower. Very private. Great location with easy access to supermarket beach and shops.

(Minor irritations that won’t stop us coming back!) The restaurant couldn’t or wouldn’t make coffee. The maid seemed to come and go at different times. Tiny Ants everywhere including the kitchen so it was difficult to make food.

dated property with alot of things not working correctly also we were told 4 times that we MUST be out by 12 abd we had a bill to settle
